How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do you wash windows?


Unfortunately, we do not wash windows from outside but can wash from inside.




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is simple. 

-Call and cancel 48 hrs prior to appointment for FREE

or be charged 50% of cleaning services that were scheduled if you do not. This is to protect us. We might have to schedule someone else later to give you priority and if you cancel well that stirs things a lot for us and might find it a little hard to fit someone else in for the day.
